From the
Desk of Rabbi Richard Eisenberg

Welcome to the
website of Beth El Synagogue!
I have been
serving as Beth El's rabbi since July 2007. I am delighted to be part of
this warm and vibrant synagogue community. We are a small congregation and
we take pride in the way we welcome everyone and try to make them feel at
home. We educate our children to feel comfortable in our worship
environment. We run an adult education program that features a weekly
rabbi's class and occasional guest lecturers. Our congregants roll up their
sleeves and do the work necessary to keep this building running smoothly.
All in all, we are proud of our congregation and the ways in which we have
created a venue for Jewish life in Northwest Connecticut!
Since you are
taking the time to visit our website, I encourage you to get in touch with
us and especially to visit us if you are ever in the area. I assure you, we
will provide you with a royal welcome.
